In a world where "productivity" and "efficiency" seem to be the primary focus of supplier-customer relationships, it may seem almost quaint for a company to be described as "friendly", "helpful", and "customer-oriented". Yet those are the attributes most often used by our partners to describe MBX Systems. And we are justifiably proud of it.
Perhaps it’s our early heritage as a supplier of computer components for consumers. Perhaps it’s our Midwestern sense of values. Whatever the root cause, the effect is the same. We don’t view our partners' appliances merely as orders to be taken and boxes to be built. We are invested in the success of every appliance with which we’re involved, and are willing to work closely with our partners to assure they achieve that success. Including making sure all our processes and systems maximize productivity and efficiency.
For most of our partners, hardware is not their core competency. When you work with MBX, though, it doesn’t have to be. You supply great software, and we’ll work with you to turn it into a great appliance – one your customers will be glad they purchased. It simply doesn’t get any better, or easier, than that.
