One might consider Kevin to be a continuous improvement zealot. But it makes him the right man to oversee the MBX support department. Kevin's approach to fully understanding a problem is to see all sides before devising a fair and appropriate solution. For the last five years Kevin has been instrumental in the quality initiatives implemented at MBX, and continued dedication to ISO 9001:2008.

Len wears the finance hat and keeps his magnifying glass aimed at supply chain efficiency and strategy execution. Len secured the financing for MBX's expansion, during the toughest economy in 60 years, to meet growing customer demand. Len's passion is promoting personal development, whether it's encouraging MBX employees to improve and succeed or inspiring the athletes he coaches on the grid iron.

It's unusual to fill the top spot in operations with a person whose background was VP of sales, but it makes perfect sense in the customer-centric world of MBX. Jill makes it a priority to be involved in customers' business reviews to find out what MBX could do to make their jobs easier. By interacting directly with customers and heading up internal operations, customer ideas are easily cultivated into actions within the entire organization, a win-win for both sides.

As the sales and marketing mastermind who defied the recession by growing sales at MBX, Chris won't rest until every customer is a raving fan of the company. Fortunately, he has the energy to go the extra mile and knockout obstacles that could get in the way. Chris' role in business development is about more than championing MBX in the marketplace — he cares just as much about the success of each customer''s appliance program and inspires his sales team to deliver results for them.

As CEO, Tom's laid-back intensity is not an oxymoron at MBX, we work hard and play hard. Tom has created a culture at MBX that breeds collaboration, where employees care as much about the customers as they do one another. Tom can't deny his passion for everything that is MBX; however he is fixated on operational excellence and quality, and doing as much as he can to help customers succeed.

Every system leaving MBX passes through Dan's distribution/logistics operations. As the export manager, he knows the ins and outs of getting systems through customs in far-flung countries. Dan's mantra is to make sure everything is 100% by giving 110%. His enthusiasm serves him and his distribution team well, especially when they are packaging systems at midnight for customers' last-minute month-end orders.

Manufacturing manager at MBX for the past eight years, Carl has fueled his passion for quality and on-time delivery by hiring the right people to do the right things. Always the model of efficiency, Carl's willingness to help — and ask for help — is the kind of flexibility that continues to advance MBX's stellar reputation for manufacturing quality.

Justin stands at the helm of the high-tech side of MBX's operations. With the mindset that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, Justin leads a talented team of IT and development pros that have been instrumental in creating the cutting-edge software and systems MBX operates on. This in house expertise and capability gives MBX the kind of flexibility our customers appreciate and our competitors envy.

Tom leads the engineering team at MBX and oversees the configuration of every appliance that makes its way out our doors. Since joining MBX, Tom has consistently notched up the metrics for quality and performance of the platforms his engineers configure. Never one to walk away from a challenge, Tom relishes every opportunity to help creatively solve hardware challenges in order to make customers' software application sing on an appliance.
