Software Imaging: Imaging your software from international sites is managed through a secure connection to the MBX servers where we maintain your current and previous software images. MBX also has the flexibility to host your infrastructure if appropriate to help manage special testing or imaging equipment.
Platform Certifications: When required, the platform certification process is managed by MBX certification specialists to ensure your systems comply with unique country, industry, or government standards for the countries in which your appliances ship. Most platforms' standard certifications satisfy US, Canadian and EU requirements. The platform engineer who designs your system configuration will give special consideration to your global distribution requirements in an effort to expedite your time to market.
Inventory Management: With MBX as your hardware partner you can avoid holding inventory and shipping systems to your end users. MBX can stock and manage your evaluation units, finished goods, and RMA replacement inventories in conveniently-located international warehouses and our US headquarters facility. Inventory shipped to international warehouses is available to deploy within 24 hours of arrival.
Shipping/Delivery: International shipping is not complicated when your hardware partner puts in place comprehensive export management services (EMS). The MBX EMS process covers all the compliance and customs document preparation to ensure shipments are successfully deployed to destinations around the world. MBX EMS arrangements extend to countries that require customs brokers to intercept shipments in order to cross international borders.
Delivery of international shipments is arranged through preferred standard and overnight freight carriers, your preference or ours. MBX has negotiated rates to provide the most cost-effective, reliable international transportation.
Extended shipping hours are offered by MBX until midnight on the last day of every month. MBX has the flexibility to ship your orders from our U.S. headquarters anywhere in the world, ideal for situations where end-of-month revenue recognition is important to your financial reporting. This service can be set up for you as part of your appliance program with no additional charge beyond the cost of inventory and shipping.
Warranty & Support: In addition to MBX's industry-leading three-year standard warranty on most MBX-built appliances, MBX offers a variety of extended maintenance and support programs for the life of your appliance to ensure the highest availability of systems in the field. In addition to RMA inventory MBX can stock integral components internationally and ship these replacements as quickly as next flight out. International onsite warranty programs make it possible to conduct onsite repairs at end user locations around the world with a range of response times, starting at as little as a four-hour onsite response.

MBX customizes this online tool for your hardware program and it is accessible 24/7/365 to monitor and manage your program elements.
