MBX won the business by out-performing the competition. MBX addressed our issues and proved they could satisfy our platform and branding requirements. They configured a robust prototype system on the first pass and, by executing an efficient branding solution, shaved six months off our deployment date.

CAD and Platform Engineers

At MBX we have found the most effective way to support customer appliance or embedded systems programs is to assign a dedicated team of resources. Key members of this support team are the engineers, namely the CAD engineer and platform engineer.

MBX CAD engineers take your system design from vision to reality. They create the renderings that convey the look and feel of your hardware, whether it involves simply a custom bracket or a complete faceplate and chassis design. Specifically they ensure what works in concept can succeed in reality.

By employing our own CAD engineers we have more control over the attention to detail, accuracy, and pace than working with a fabricator does. Our CAD engineers are also experienced with specific requirements for industries that require special considerations including regulatory compliance, custom parts, or other adjustments such as I/O port covers.

MBX platform engineers are dedicated to your platform configuration and managing the lifecycle of its components. With their specialized knowledge base, the platform engineer works in tandem with your account manager and maintains the ongoing technical ownership of your hardware. They also conduct specialized research and handle unique integration requirements on behalf of your appliance or embedded systems program.
