Fully-Configured Appliance Racks
If your company deploys multiple rackmount systems for your application, MBX can simplify the implementation of your solution on a fully-configured server rack. By racking the nodes, space utilization is maximized and large-scale implementations are easier to manage.
Multiple racks can be configured jointly and powered together, with system and configuration data provided, as well as each unit's location in the rack. Each rack is built to order from the ground up, and tested in our ISO 9001:2008 certified production facilities.
Steps we take to optimize the integration of your solution include:
- Dynamically outfitting power for a full array of electrical and outlet requirements
- Routing and identifying cables in the rack so end users can simply plug into the power source
- Procuring and configuring any special components such as the switches and power distribution units (PDUs)
- Planning proper ventilation between systems
- Testing the performance and functionality of the entire integrated rack
- Using custom-built shipping containers to protect the rack and contents in transit
To keep your branded systems from losing impact inside the rack, we have the ability to add customized branding to the rack exterior.
