Your introduction to our manufacturing and program services begins with an MBX business development representative (BDR), who discusses program objectives and requirements with you. The BDR works in tandem with an MBX platform engineer to develop the appropriate platform configuration for your application. The platform engineer also configures and builds the prototype for you to test.

From there, a dedicated MBX account manager takes responsibility for fulfilling your ongoing program requirements. They oversee everything from branding design updates through logistics and support. They are your conduit to other MBX resources and for modifications to your overall program. A sustaining engineer handles future updates to your platform configuration and provides other engineering services.

The goal of the MBX account team is to become an extension of your product support group, by creating a turnkey program and helping to streamline the deployment of your products, while reducing your overhead.
