Inventory Management
Inventory management services include stocking inventory for sale, demo and RMA requirements. By undertaking a stocking
agreement, your systems are always in inventory and ready for rapid deployment.
With MBX global logistics services, your inventory stocking program can be tailored to ensure your inventory is never in short supply. Domestic and international system shipments can be expedited as quickly as same day/next flight out from anywhere in the world your units are stocked.
Stocking semi-configured units is also an option, with final configuration to occur when orders are received. We can stock customer-supplied inclusions, such as promotional items and marketing collateral, to incorporate with shipments. Automatic reorder points can initiate inventory replenishment to ensure inventory is always on hand. Current inventory levels can be tracked in the customer portal.
- Demo Pool InventoryMBX can maintain a special inventory of demo systems to release to your prospective customers for evaluation. In our experience, more than 60% of systems installed on a trial basis are purchased when the trial period expires. If an end user decides not to purchase the system, MBX will recondition it, then repackage and return the system to demo inventory.
- Customer Supplied InventoryMBX can manage additional program materials in inventory, for example special order units, custom components and other inclusions such as your collateral and promotional items, to ship with your systems. Customized reports can help you assess requirements for future orders.
- RMA Program InventoryMBX can maintain an RMA stock of your systems in our warehouses. For system repairs requiring an RMA, we can generally cross-ship units from your RMA inventory pool the same day for advanced replacement. We can also cross ship for a faulty part if swapping out a component is an option.
