RMA Program
The intent of the MBX support team is to make you look good in the eyes of your customers.
By participating in the MBX RMA program, you are assured that any trouble with a system is solved with minimal downtime,
and any trial system shipped back for refurbishment is quickly returned to stock.
- MBX maintains replacement components and/or systems in stock
- RMA inventory can be located in our US and international warehouses
- After troubleshooting, the RMA is issued to either swap a component or return the system for repair
- Cross-shipping units from RMA inventory assures rapid replacement
- With "Spare in the Air" service, the system or part ships as soon as the RMA is issued
- RMA programs can be customized for the unique requirements of your application or customers
MBX conducts RMA repairs at our US headquarters facility. RMA systems are tracked until the problem is resolved and can be monitored through the MBX customer portal. Tracking begins with technical support personnel, carries through production and quality control, and continues until the unit is ready for redeployment or returned to your RMA inventory pool.
