Warranty & Support Overview

At MBX, we expect every system to operate flawlessly when it arrives at its destination. Our ability to consistently deliver appliances of the highest quality is the number one reason companies choose MBX to deploy their appliance-based solution.

Another reason is the way we handle product support when the need arises. MBX warranty and support services are the broadest in the industry and are designed to ensure the maximum uptime for your systems.

  • Because the appliance is central to your application's infrastructure, MBX takes responsibility as the single point of contact for handling any warranty-related issues for the system. This includes free lifetime telephone support. Your calls are answered live at our US headquarters by MBX support personnel during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. US Central Time Zone).
  • Server appliances built by MBX include up to a three-year standard warranty in addition to the hardware warranties provided by the component manufacturers. If a system needs to be returned for repair, the MBX RMA program, featuring "spare in the air" response times, assures rapid recovery of your application.
  • Beyond the standard hardware and system warranties, MBX offers flexible options for extended warranties and onsite support anywhere in the world. Onsite support options include four-hour response, next day response, and more.
