Recognized in Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces 2017
LIBERTYVILLE, IL – Custom server appliance manufacturer MBX Systems has been recognized in the Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces 2017 program, marking the company’s fourth consecutive appearance on the list of the best companies to work for in metropolitan Chicago. Inclusion was based on employee surveys about various aspects of workplace culture conducted by Energage (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), an independent research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvements.
“Our growth over the years has been fueled in large part by our success in creating a collaborative, team-oriented work environment with an emphasis on continuous improvement, an open-door policy on the part of our executives, and giving back to the community through our MBX Cares program,” said MBX President Jill Bellak. “This latest recognition is a direct result of those policies, communication of our long-term strategy, and the personal satisfaction that employees get from seeing the positive impact of their ideas and hard work on the company’s business performance.”
Top Workplaces is presented by The Better Business Bureau and is sponsored by Wintrust Financial Corporation, the Chicago Cubs, Perillo Auto Group, Proven Business Systems, Rivers Casino, Uber, U.S. Cellular, Now Foods, AArete, The Prinz Law Firm, Gentleman Jack, Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, Binny’s Beverage Depot and Half Acre Beer. The award ceremony at Soldier Field was produced by Tribune Events Group, the Chicago Tribune Media Group’s in-house events marketing team.
