  • Finishes: powder coat, liquid coat, anodizing, various custom finishes

Custom Fixed Faceplate

When hot swappable drives or front-facing ports are not a necessity, a fixed faceplate is the ideal option. It ensures your branding stays front and center without fear of it being removed or forgotten during maintenance.

Pop-Off Faceplate

Accessing drives for hot swapping is a snap with pop-off faceplates. For a worry-free fit every time, the pop-off faceplate has been engineered for a precise fit between the ears. Its right side pins set in two recessed areas in the handles, and spring-loaded ball bearings are used to secure the faceplate.

Powder / Liquid Coat

For an artistic flare and protective layer for your faceplate (and chassis), a powder or liquid coat finish is a great design choice. Both processes can match any color to complement your company and product logo, creating a custom appliance that promotes your brand image.

Screen Printing

When color precision is one of your branding goals, screen printing is a very high quality printing method capable of laying down ink precisely and consistently. Screen printing can match Pantone colors in as many colors as your faceplate branding requires. There are only two limitations to screen printing: it must be applied to a flat surface, and gradients are not possible.

Polycarbonate Overlay

To customize branding on a standard OEM faceplate, a polycarbonate overlay is a commonly used option. Overlays can be printed using several methods, including thermal, digital and screen-printing. A major benefit of an overlay is durability.

Vinyl Wrap

Cover your entire faceplate with an image, color, or pattern that represents your brand with a vinyl wrap. A high-quality image is digitally printed onto vinyl and die-cut for custom venting patterns.

LED Lighting

Create lighting schemes that illuminate logo elements, logotypes, venting patterns and more with high-end LED lighting customization. Custom machined and molded light diffusers can also be created out of various materials, such as HDPE, LDPE and acrylic.

Domed Badges

Make your logo stand out with a 3D acrylic domed badge applied to your standard or custom faceplate and chassis front. High-resolution digital printing on a substrate material with a clear acrylic domed surface creates custom badges that make branding pop.

Custom Molded Parts

To achieve the ultimate in customization, MBX can add unique finishing touches to your overall branding with custom molded parts. Drive handles, light diffusers, and other visible parts can be designed and engineered in-house to match your corporate color scheme and result in a truly tailor-made appliance.
